Julien Feller s’est formé pendant trois ans à l’institut Saint-Luc de Tournai où celui-ci réussira avec brio en recevant le premier prix du jury de sculpture ainsi que le prestigieux prix « Bloc d’or » de l’école. En 2017 Il s’est illustré en étant nominé pour le Prix Godefroid. il est principalement influencé par l’art de la Renaissance pratiqué en Italie ainsi que par le style développé par Grinling Gibbons. L’exigence que pratiquaient les maitres tels Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Ghiberti et autres grands praticiens de l’époque sont de véritables références qu’il admire et qui inspirent ses réalisations. Grinling Gibbons a aussi une influence sur la manière dont Julien utilise les décors et la manière dont il les perçoit dans un style plus contemporain. Car Julien a développé une façon propre à lui pour affiner la matière afin d’obtenir le réalisme le plus proche qui soit à travers la dentelle. Julien Feller attended the Saint-Luc Institute in Tournai for three years where he succeeded brilliantly by receiving the first prize of the sculpture jury and the prestigious "Bloc d'Or" award from the school. In 2017 he distinguished himself by being nominated for the Prix Godefroid. Julien is primarily influenced by the Renaissance movement that was practiced in Italy as well as by the style developed by Grinling Gibbons. Masters such as Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Ghiberti and other great practitioners of the time are real references that he admires and that inspire his achievements. Grinling Gibbons’ style influences the way Julien uses the sets and stimulates the adoption of a more contemporary perspective.
