Après un Graduat en Illustration à St-Luc à Bruxelles en 1991, Marie-Isabelle Callier obtient le premier prix à un concours de nouvelles et illustrations (Troisième Phase, FNAC, Bruxelles.) Elle travaille pendant 12 ans comme info graphiste et illustratrice publicitaire. Ensuite elle se consacre au livre jeunesse et à la peinture. Illustratrice et auteure, Marie-Isabelle a été publiée par différentes maisons d’édition, réalisant plus d’une dizaine de livres dont, au Luxembourg : « Le trésor de Lucilinburhuc » et « Wichapi » aux Éditions Schortgen ; « Eng Hand voll Gléck » aux Editions Bicherhaischen (texte M.Horsmans) ; « Mystères aux Musées » pour les Amis des Musées Luxembourg et « Une petite catastrophe » chez PersPektiv Éditions. Elle a aussi créé les deux timbres Edition spéciale « Noël 2020 » pour Post Luxembourg. Peintre, ses oeuvres picturales et paravents ont été exposés à Bruxelles, Luxembourg, Washington, Shanghai, Singapour et tout récemment Paris. Elle vit et travaille au Luxembourg. After a degree in Illustration at St-Luc in Brussels in 1991, Marie-Isabelle Callier won first prize in a short story and illustration competition (Troisième Phase, FNAC, Brussels). She worked for 12 years as an info graphic designer and and advertising illustrator. She then devoted herself to children's books and painting. Illustrator and author, she has been published by various publishing houses. She has published more than ten books, including "Le trésor de Lucilinburhuc" and "Wichapi", published in Luxembourg by "Wichapi" published by Schortgen; "Eng Hand voll Gléck" published by Bicherhaischen (text by M. Horsmans); "Mysteries in the Museums" for the Friends of the Luxembourg Museums and "Une petite catastrophe" for PersPektiv Editions. She also created the two special edition stamps for Post Luxembourg.
