“Her latest creations, full of mystery and fragility, seem more than ever to arise from an enchanted world.”
Geraldine Gonzales
Graduated from the Ecole Supérieure d'Arts Appliqués Duperré (Paris), Géraldine Gonzalez was a shoe stylist before dedicating to sculpture. If she first devotes her work to illustration of advertisements, press, youth edition and personal or collective exhibitions (at the Grand Palais, la Ménagerie de Verre, la Halle Saint-Pierre, le Centre Georges-Pompidou, etc.), she orientates today her creations towards the field of home and window settings.
Geraldine has preferred materials such as papier maché, fabric, crushed glass, pearls, crystal paper wearing a lovely name and allowing her to delicately play between light and transparency, and crystals in all their forms and wonderful reflections, all precious allies with which she cultivates her intimate garden, full of tenderness and poetry. Her latest creations, full of mystery and fragility, seem more than ever to arise from an enchanted world.
