Massimo Savo (Kopie)

Massimo Savo, of Italian origin, produces his instruments at the 1535 Creative Hub in Differdange. After graduating from the IPSIA College of Crafts, he specialized in cabinetmaking in Italy and took part in the filming techniques laboratory at the school "La Malaspina di Viterbo". Since then, he has been devoting himself to designing unique percussion instruments and of traditional craftsmanship, handmade drums using the oldest techniques of carpentry and cabinet making. After hours of work with his hands and simple tools, the wood is transformed into a singular musical instrument. Massimo merges artistic experience with manual skills. He has designed a special line of snare drums for classical music at the request of artists seeking their musical paths and allow them to guarantee performance in orchestras. Each of the hulls has a particular stamp with extremely sensitive and powerful finishes. Each drummer regains his aesthetic and personal sound because each hand-made instrument is created according to their desires.
