Depuis 2017, il organise des soengas, une ancienne technique de cuisson en fosse, ouvertes au public et dispense des formations promues par l’Institut de l’Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle. Since 2017, he has organised ‘soengas,’ an ancient pit firing technique, in events that are open to the public, and has given training courses promoted by the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training.
